The new label rewinder from bb transactions provides reels with constant winding due to its electronically
controlled tractive power; from the first up to the last layer.
The known difficulties with rewinders with pendulum axle like slip, upward movement of the label web by
control of the pendulum axle as well as shifting of the rewinder because of too strong traction were eliminated
by using an electronically control and a special direct current motor.
The label rewinder provides reels with an external diameter of up to 300mm with a core diameter of 40mm,
with the appropriate adapters with a core diameter of 76mm.
The maximum winding width of the standard device adds up to 120mm, expanded versions are available on
request.
The lateral margin made from acrylic glass is simply locked by a toggle closure ensuring exact reel edges.
The case and the massive winding axle consist of high-grade steel; two eligible velocities, clockwise / counter-
clockwise rotation and ultimate stability are self-evident.
The label rewinder is designed for industrial use, exceedingly robust and wear-resistant.
