bb transactions developed i.a. special labels for rough surfaces such as e.g. casting, wood, texture surfaces
etc. Those labels are characterised especially by extremely high adhesive power, durability and resistance
against water and many detergents and solvents.
Because of the exemplary thick adhesive pad the adhesive percolates into the structure of the rough surfaces
of objects which extends the available adhesive surface umpteen times. After an evaporating period of 48
hours, the labels can practically only be removed by use of tools.
The labels are also appropriate for slightly contaminated surfaces.
The polyester surface of the labels usually is printed by a thermal transfer printer using a special thermal
transfer ribbon ensuring maximum scratch resistance as well as water and detergent resistance, even in
washing plants. The print can be effected at the customer as well as at bb transactions using our label print
service.
The field of application of our customers for these labels varies from cast parts and forgings, rolled plate,
textured plastic parts, cardan shafts, metal surfaces for outdoor use, exhaust systems, fittings etc.
