bb transactions provides flexible RFID labels made from paper or different synthetic materials e. g. PE, PET, PP, etc. The inlay (chip and aerial) is embedded into the label which is available with different sorts of adhesive in order to be customised in each particular case.
Depending on the character of the inlay and the chosen frequency band (HF 13,56 MHz and UHF 860-960 MHz) as well as on the used writing/reading devices a reading distance from about 20cm up to several metres is possible. For quality and safety reasons we use exclusively inlays of well-known manufacturers such as UPM, Avery, KSW, Tag-Star etc. The labels can be supplied already printed in colour or plain to be printed with thermal transfer printers. With an intregrated printer thermal transfer printers can print on the chips simultaneously. Basically RFID labels can be used for any application conventional labels are used for, too. The limits are at one point the measurement of the single RFID label (depending on the used inlay) and some external influences such as extreme temperatures. Pallet labelling or logistics, clothing tags or document trace, inventory or entry control, RFID labels with its contact-free reading and writing options are used everywhere. |
