Transfer Labels
Thermo transfer labels consist of paper, cardboard, synthetic materials or acetate rayon; are white or colored.

They are produced as tags and adhesive labels, on reels or leporello fold. There are many different surfaces available, ranging from quite rough textured ECO-material to a high gloss finish. Due to the big quantity of different basic materials, surfaces and adhesives an adequate label for almost each application can be supplied. E. g. a cardboard label is provided with a different adhesive than a cold-resistant deep-freeze label, the surface of a neat label for wine bottles is certainly another than the surface of a logistics sticker, the durability of a label for vehicle components differs considerably from the durability of a price tag. All definite data such as logos, characters and graphics can already be imprinted, single- or multi-colored, at label production. Despite the almost unclear variety of labels they all have one in common:

The imprint of variable or definite data in small series can be accomplished using thermo transfer ribbons. At this print method the thermo transfer ribbon is moving along with the feeder of the labels, is partially heated up by the thermo pressure strip and transfers its fluidized color on the label.
